Do you speak English?

Yes! You can book, message and coordinate everything with Freskio in English, via WhatsApp, phone or online.

Can I get my laundry back in 24 hours?

Yes, with Express Delivery (+€5.00), subject to slot availability. The 24 hours start once your order is confirmed and processed at our facility.

Do you serve customers outside West Athens & Athens Center?

Yes. Outside our core areas we operate scheduled evening and late-evening routes after normal business hours.

Is there a minimum order?

Yes. For West Athens & Athens Center the minimum is 5 kg (€19.00). For most extended suburban and Piraeus areas the minimum order is €34.00. For Glyfada, Kifisia, Elliniko and Voula the minimum order value is €47.00.

In the core areas pickup and delivery are free (in Athens Center free up to 6 km, then €3 per extra km). In the extended areas they are free up to 10 km, then €1.50 per extra km.

Can I request a pickup any time outside the core areas?

Not currently. Outside West Athens & the Center, pickups and deliveries run on fixed scheduled evening routes (weekly or every 2 weeks). The exact time window is confirmed when your route is scheduled.

Yes, subject to route availability. Marousi is on a €34 minimum evening route; Glyfada is on our €47 minimum evening route. Message us to check the next available collection day.

Do I need exactly 15 kg for the €47 minimum?

No. In areas with the €47 minimum you can combine eligible services (Wash & Fold, steam ironing, wet cleaning, duvets, shoes, coats) as long as the total reaches €47.

Do you mix my clothes with other customers' laundry?

No, never. Each order is washed and dried in its own dedicated machine drum for strict hygiene.

Can I send shoes, coats or duvets with my normal laundry?

Yes! Hand them to our driver at the same time. Each item is listed and priced separately, with full transparency.
